It's only more mechanically intense in the sense that is uses slightly more hotkeys for damage abilities and uses both left and right side skills more, the same reasoning for why tele hdins that use smite/foh can be mechanically demanding.

However it doesn't need to wsg or cancel stun animations at all and can avoid damage easier because of charge. You dont have to worry about getting stomped no where near enough as nec/dudu/sin which also makes it alittle easier to play.

I'd say being rly good at nec is more mechanically demanding than being good at v/t
