I asked to continue at 4-3, AS DID THE MOD, you dodge. So i factor in us east pvp gm rules, since u town, thats makes it 5-3 win for me. MOD AGREES

But since he felt bad for you, i told him via pm and in game to refund you back the wager amount and avoid further conflict. I however, had to post this in my defense.

He Townes to discuss it apparently, sorry but that's not a loss, you accused him of something and it needed to be discussed, in my opinion.


And this is coming from the person who ran/med every tournament and ladder d2pk offered daily from 2006-2010.

we would both need to agree before he can town. you cant just say "TOWN" and go there by yourself. thats bullshit (also he towned with life rep on. thats pretty BM since we dont agree prior). Regardless, the fact that he refuse to continue it like men at 4-3 and needed a bullshit excuse to a free kill speaks tons of his character

i cant convince you otherwise aside from the obvious facts you already see. but it is what it is

Nah I understand that, but it would be pretty piss poor for you to kill him as he attempts to type and discuss the issue because you know if you did you would demand the prize gold no questions asked, life rep isn't going to do much when you killed him in 1-2 hits or so lol, and as for the mod accusations just stop people don't mad as much as you assumed, just like when you said I used to hack on d2pk to the point you forced me to fraps beating you nvd, I've dueled juv myself and I know he's good, but there's no way he mods, I've seen more accurate, faster people.

Next time use a moderator / mediator who is knowledgable of gm dueling, tournaments, and understands fully the purpose of holding fg for these kinds of events... To decide a winner regardless of whatever bullshit should come up
