vouch. Ive been participating in ladders for years and this is the way they were all ran. With the current system all someone has to do is dodge and they retain their place forever.

Yes I have not been able to duel the people ahead of me once

Due to them not being able to duel/Never being able to contact them/Or them dodging

I have been asked to duel 4 times, and have not been able to Complete 1 challenge

I have nowhere to go but down since i do not dodge

How is that so? What the challenger should do is provide certain reasons and he/she will advance to defender's rank spot.

Examples:
1) I've pm'd the defender but he never pm'd me back.
2) I've seen him on jsp or in game but never replied me back.
3) I have made a schedule of time for both of us to duel which he/she confirmed but never showed.
4) defender was afk for few days.
5) any strong reasons.

All the challenger has to do is provide one of the above reason or some other strong reason and they will advance to higher spot.

I hope this is clear enough regard to the 3 days rule.
