i am contesting this rule.

Day of challenge, I PM'd him. no response.
PM'd him again second day and got a response with "lmk" when i was sleeping.
i asked him last night when he could duel today and he said late cause he was skiing all day today.

his only responses to me:
"lmk"
and
"uhmm late, i going skiing all day tomorrow"

he never gave me a clear time that he could duel so i am requesting a specialized extension due to lack of interest in setting up available times from the defendee.




/e requesting to duel now just to make things easier.

i thought the general procedures were:

1) challenger sends PM.
2) the challenged sends PM back with when they can duel
3) they duel

ours went...

1) challenger sends PM
2) challenged never sent PM back
3) challenger sends another PM
4) challenged sent PM back with "lmk" when challenger was not online
5) challenger asks again when challenged can duel
6) challenged responds "late because going skiing all day"
7) challenged rules nulling of the challenge
8) challenger asks why challenged nulled instead of dueling
9) challenged replies "friends ditched me"




i am requesting two things:
1) i want pro_baby off the moderator team. i believe he is too biased and too immature to handle this. i am fine with eric, aaron, and nick (sorry if i left anyone else out).
2) i am contesting the decision made by pro_baby

yep saw it. i was then told that he would be gone all day today because of a ski trip and wouldnt be able to duel until late so i waited and got online later only to find out that his ski trip was cancelled and he nulled the duel. i only found this out when i PM'd him again.

i went 2 days without response from initial PM so i pm'd him again on the third day, only to get a response of "lmk" on a time i was not online.
