But i mean, for the sake of arguing it, decrep really only effects zons without other methods of movement, aka teleport. The ias change isnt what kills a zon, alot of zvas knowing theyde be planning to go up against a necro would try to stack ias vs golem slow anyways.

For example, my tele smiter / v/c ish sort of build has a 125/86 setup with enough ias to out stack golem slow or decrep, (if you happen to ever get both just run and celans for 3 seconds obv) completely which i pretty much only use vs necs and it can pretty much swing the char advantage of nec vs smiter if played right.

Personal opinion on a few things we've discussed lately:

Meditation - GM with 1 point base Prayer. (Defensive Aura GCs banned)
Decrepify/Holy Freeze - GM against teleporting characters OR GM against only non IAS characters
SM - banned

Would like ruling on these soon to avoid dumb shit with the current ruling (especially Meditation)

Mediation, ill probably leave as is but restrict the use of def gcs... I still don't see it being a big deal even if we didn't but thats the most I'm willing to limit it. The only way i'd ban medi at this point is is we allowed all paladins to use oak charges 100% of the time, and i dont see people agreeing to that anytime soon.

Decrep/Hf im fine with banning it vs people without teleport. I feel thats a pretty fair was to rule it as for now, and it might encourage a few zons to actually sign up.

Sm would have to be banned if the above adjustment was made, unless we wanted to give zons a huge boost to try and add more diversity to the ladder.

The way it is currently, it's like as long as you're not 100% mana you can Medi. See no reason to just not outright allow it if you're going to leave it as is.

Well yeah, if i wrote that in, id rewrite it as its allowed (i mean the way its written now, it is always allowed even if you were 100% mana you can claim "saving mana" )
