half of the ladder is strong vs V/ts
and the reason is
General Dueling Rules
- No hacks of any kind
- Clear the moor prior to Dueling
- no Shrines
- no Thawing/Antidote Potions
- You may stack Mana/Arrows in the moor only if both players agree otherwise this may not be done
- Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in a dq
- 85% resistance cap may not use 85%resis + sorb
*don't combine more then 5% max with 20% absorb(80/20, or 75/20 for cold)
- Luna and rising sun count as 20% absorb
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- No Lifetap- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No Prebuffing
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters.
- Doom is Banned
- Ties are Redo not first death
- A maximum of one poison small charm per inventory
- no in game techniques are banned however housing/boxing/overly/wall-corner abuse defensive play could result in a dq (this doesnt mean you have to tele stomp sins on a sorc, its a catch all rule to eliminate ppl who duel from cold plains)
- No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
- Towning is infact a loss/death, accidental or not. (accidental towns are based on moderator discretion if one is not present its a loss period)
- all dmg reduced by integer (ie: mdr) is capped at 15
- no healing period auras/wells/pots/holybolt all will result in a dq
- no immunity glitching(ww, corpse, flamebellow, trang, etc)
