why am I forfeited vs botasaurus?

Our challenge day was ended at 14oct and he wasn't online that day. I tried to catch him for duels..

- After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open on the forum for 4 days. If the defending user does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 4 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule." (exceptions to this rule can be judged by the staff)

this rule is f*cked up

you can just challenge and ignore the other players pm, f*ck you

Here was the order of events that happened.

Bota challenged you on the 8th and you get 4 days to complete.
He posted amapk later that day ( he was active)
the next day ( and post) is you challenging 1stimer.
apparently your and 1stimers schedule worked better because you dueled him in a couple hours.
Due to your inbox being full you could not recieve either bota's pm or 1stimers ( he caught you in thread)
This could have all been avoided if you read one page back since there was not a update on the page you challenged on.
Then TSBoyer renewed your challenge on the 10th giving until the 14th.
I will give you that he applied your dodge rule just a tad early (14 Oct 2012 23:48) he should have applied it on a update the 15th or further.
Neither you or bota posted for a extenstion so following protocol he applied the dodge rule to you.



This is pretty much what you did.
I'd like to see the good zons stay here but if you don't want to participate in the ladder go ahead.
I just wanted to make clear that this was not from mismanagement or bad calls, everything followed what we have been doing since page 1.

Do whatever you have to with this guy. The facts are simple.

I challenged him LAST monday. He ignored that and challenged 1xtimer

IDGAF who I duel. I'm getting frustrated with 1xtimer because he is farting around and says "i'm not in the mood to pvp atm"

Just sort this out. take your lumps and work your way back up. I would prefer not to advance again because of the dodge rule.
