Well to be fair all you would've needed to do is read the rules to clarify that :/

I think something like decrep is GM against teleporting characters would be better than the current situation, though. It's mostly zons getting fucked by this. Everything else has reasonable access to teleport, the duration is short, and you can't just c/t off map apply it like amp/weaken.

True I could have but they've changed so much and still in discussion on a ladder filled with spam

However it's easy to name lock.. maybe you all just expect necs to suck now?

Anyway, my point was it's a lot easier to apply decrep to something that can't teleport and a lot easier to push during its' duration against something that can't just teleport away.

Edit: I wouldn't be against banning it and SM completely (Ive tried to before on d2pk tournaments where block was much more manageable and barbs were at a huge disadvantage) but I don't think many people would be behind that.

If we are talking range we are talking more tpk,

I can understand both sides but think sm should be banned and decrip only gm vs non ias based chars

I think it's a more even playing field that way and it's not like nec is at a huge disadvantage without decrip, same to zon without sm

I'm all for it, sounds reasonable enough.
Join the ladder as well, more activity is better, especially competent duelers.

If i had more time I would, I get on once maybe every 2-3 months if i can

And if i do get more time I will join the ladder, I do still find some enjoyment of d2 pvp every now and again
