Regular

• Regulars are members that have spent a significant amount of time in this forum and have proven they deserve a level of trust.
  
• Regulars are allowed to respond to mediator requests in the event that no mediator or trusted member is available.
  
• In order to be given regular status, you must be nominated by a current mediator or trusted member. Do NOT ask to be nominated or you will not be.
  
• A vote will be sent out to the council members and those who receive 4/7 or more of the votes for approval will be added.
  
• It is suggested that larger games always be mediated by mediators or trusted members instead of regulars.

that's what the poker "regular" is, you guys copied their entire format so you may as well use this.
