you are referring to smite vs smite only aka vt/smite/vc/ vs same things which seems to be getting more pointless and closer to zeal and bvb
i am referring as building a vt/smite the way one should make it(vs all)
spirit st/sop st is hands down the best shield(s) and its damage range may be the same as all elite shields as a base but it doesnt have the ed of a jeweled jstod etc or hoz's 2 extra skills
For once in this pink profile, I agree with Prominence.
A lot of VT's in this ladder are using standard walk smite gears.
It seems VT's are gearing toward pure smiter for the sake of winning and out-smiting other vts instead of skirmishing, where the real fun of vtpk is at.
Because if I wanted a paladin that's geared to killing other smiters, I'd just build a 0 FCR pure damage smite with passive 85 light stack.
Here's the max smite damage and fuck foh skirmish build:
Shako Ber'd
Enigma
Slippers
JSroC
Gtoes
20ias/CB gloves
Dungoes
Dual BK's
Grief PB
Don't even need FCR because of how low fcr these "vt's" are.
And we all know that it's stupid for a high FCR vt (low smite damage due to 75 fcr) to telesmite a low fcr "vt" (low fcr, high smite damage), since all it takes for the low FCR vt is to namelock with smite and wait for the 75 fcr to tele on him - or just spam charge/ out foh the 75 fcr.....
since we all know 0fcr-30 FCR VT's have over 5k foh compared to a 75 FCR Vt's max of 4.5k Foh
This is more of a smite competition than a VT competition.
No wonder the V/C is making it out on top.
