Wel he did show me his eq and I can imagine u can reach 8k life or more with it .
And perhaps rules cover everything that isn t alowed . It doen t help me with desciding what to do if they get violated .
Its always same shit in every tour . Me inbetween 2 or more ppl forcing me to take action without solid proofs.

Anyway he recieved a Final warn on this tour . Any News that come to my ears over a new violation WIL result in a instant ban .


In next tours I wil state the exact concequentions for breaKing specific rules so I dont have to take a side anymore and just aply the rules .
How sad it might sound . Bvb just aint what it used to be .
Probs like this never occured back in the Old days .

To do list for next tour.

1. Check eq + chamrs of opp be4 duel to avoid any misstakes or cheats. ( Missatkes like switching from ffa/aow with 15 dungo and forget about it can be made, so might be good to check even if u trust opp. )
2. If the duel is bm styled, take that discussion right there and say stop it or we play with ref asap. ( after duel is done its to late and no idea to complain )

well, i wanna say something aobut that story too, he said he could reach 8.2k life with is eq, i can trust him, but it does not mean that he can each more life when pre boing, and that he just didnt say it not to make the cheat too obvious.
once again, no offense, i dont know the guy, i'm sure he is really nice, and i think he didnt rlly wanna cheat, mayb 'tried' coz rules can be a little bit tricky, so he tried to play in between the lines? ( i wanna find the best out of anyone ) now the facts are clear.. if he wanted to keep on cheatingn he would not admit of having 'sometimes' a pre bo amu, wouldnt he?

and checking all the items and inv before everyduel can be done but 1- it takes the fun away ( and honnesty? ) 2- if opponent dies, he respawns before you can get back in town, and might change 1 sc for another from stash without u seing it, what we do? check at every start? ask opponent not to spawn before u are in town so u can see he aint going to stash? or just trust?? think we are all grown up, and from now on, we should just act following the rules i count on you all



and finally : i left dueling in diablo coz of all the cheats etc, changed my bva to bvb aow coz i though its the only place to find trusted players, i hope it doesnt change guys, dont make me sad, make me proud

Of course rules can't tell you what to do if someone breaks the rules, but they don't have to. That's not what they are meant to do.
To decide how to treat someone who is breaking the rules is always up to the host of a tournament or a league. Because this tournament is YOUR tournament.

All in all it's normal if you find yourself in situations like these. Don't let your head down because of this. And stuff like this always happened, even in old tournaments.

About Vooldos suggestion: Yes, that's what people should do anyway if they don't know and/or don't trust other people. It's up to them.
Might be wise to do it, before one starts a fight after the duel is done, over things that might have been but can't be proven, because they didn't show eq to each other.
But it shouldn't be mandatory.

I go full strg/dex but repl 8k life each duel with hyb cta

On a serious note I check my life and and def before each duel and turn back walking mode. I don't see a 10sec delay as horrible. I also dare to chat before, after or during duel.
I understand some concerns but asking me items would be easiest solution. If I used something wrong on accident I'll state that tho experienced this both ways in the past already and repeated the duel than.


And:

If you would see full logs I also said that I use eth forti steelclashs god, bb and Tal set and i stand to this statement ^__^

As far I remember max life with useful items I reach is 8319 but I use mana built

i know that provacative in this region but... what the hell would be wrong with hyb cta? I used a cta of doom cuz its more expensive its like using eth scs if there where any.. i dont see the point. i would not use cta of beast cuz has advantage in +10energy.

i did not used anything that was unfair advantage in any counted duel in this tour, i used everything in between and from now on cba to step in any more traps like previously setted up ^^ getting paranoid

atm i use bo clubs and i think those are best for my builds

when i muled / obtained few more itoms i gladly show you all the setups i used and will still use with no regrets from the beginning to now i see my choices as suboptimal still by the by
