+ the rules say this:

and he has pm ability so that is no issue.

hes just kinda in the way
but i know the PA accounts have scammer tagges on them, with the diablo 2 account Bmana attached

lololol he will realized he should make a vita
but i say if he isnt active then np kicking him off.
cuz imo the ppl on the ladder that arnt active and make ppl wait for a week are more in the way.
