Drack is a friend i trust aswell as the other bvbrs i know:) I got his story and no proofs of hybs ctas and so on.

With current rules I have nothing to back me up . Heard 2 storys so its word against word .
In the conversation is nothing to see about he admitting to use prebo in tour duels . Only him saying that he somthimes use amu in inv for Bo . No admitment that he use it in tours .

Eq can indeed provide him above 8k life w/o bufs.


From now on ask drack to show his eq before u guys start fight .
If any1 has stil doubts or complaints about playstyle during a duel .Ask him for a instant s/s with current chat at that time displayed or Stop the fight and continue later with a admin ingame.



For further tours I wil remake the ruletopic so I can fall back on 100% detailed rules to back me up in every situation. As the current pic is a bit chaotic textwise and doenst cover everything .

-> This includes ofc Prebo, Enchant and any other type of Precast that you can imagine. Thats why we called it "Precasts" and not only "Prebo" - you have to cover MORE than only prebo.

Since this is written in the part 'General rules', it applies to AoW as well as FFA. Even in (GM) FFA Prebo and Enchant are not allowed!


Next thing:
In GM FFA:
- "Banned Items: 'Hybrid Rune Words'"

In AoW:
- "Banned Items: All Hacked/Bugged items/charms [...]"



These rules are very detailed and truly cover everything, they're not really chaotic, people just have to read them carefully and apply General rules + either Additional GM FFA rules or Additional AoW rules. People always understood them and used them. Just because one guy is cheating, you dont have to rewrite the rules

Thing is though, if someone is breaking these rules, you will never really have a chance to prove it after people left the game. No matter how you write the rules.

He didnt deny it either. I pointed out that it took him half a minute to bo, asked him if he preboed and therefore he mentioned about the amulet. When I suggested that preboing is illegal he replyed that according to his own FFA rules it is not. One more proof that he did prebo. All the things above to counteract that preboing cant be proven by the s/s'. He indeed did prebo and this is pretty obvious even in the dialogue itself. Thanks for your time anyway.

I can vouch that Drack really took a longer time to bo. In case he got an amulet in his inventory to replace it while boing, it is indeed a 'Precast' since one has to switch items just for boing and then switch items for dueling again. Therefore it does not matter if your items are in inventory or in stash.

I guess BlackTwister made a point here and his story sounds trustable.
Therefore Drack should explain and show how he gets to 8k life and unfortunately be banned from this current tour.
