Is the only reason 2sock arreat rare helms not upgraded to elite version due to str req? I understand exceptional helm is best if using -15req jewels in armor but if not (and best is 30/60/9/9 imo) surely should try get elite version even for 30base def which always helps?
also i guess more resell able due to more flexibility
only str req mostly is reason (on other realms no relevant coz you can play str bugged)
another reason is non eth 2 sox visio arreats gets so less def, that it does not make sense to upgrade it, if u have bad luck you have close similar defect like before.
