How OP is Pheonix in d2r? I don't do D2R so not 100% confident, but I don't see why it should be that OP to be banned. The max fcr you can achieve with the Pheonix build is only 30fcr, it forces you to be on 2 x ber COA which drastically reduces the maximum life achievable, and you also have to forgo the 10% slow from Arach. The dmg from Pheonix can be deadly but that's what you gain at the expense of other critical factors in vtpk. Ofc if you're a smiter that just go head to head smite then Pheonix can be OP.
foh needs a namelock in d2r instead of auto targeting, vtpk has basically turned into head on smite v smite battles since no one can reliably namelock that often
