The slab was pricy I will admit... Probably overpaid on that one by a few thousand... oh well. Everything else is pretty accurate in cost.

average cost of a 60 x 40 slab is 12,000 so I might have paid like an extra $3000 oh well. I can afford it.

I didnt pay for it btw... the house, the slab everything was already here...

the slab house etc etc was all already here and done... all i did was add a deck, addition and remodeled the inside. I got market value on it and a good deal and good spot to live. I do intend living on this property the rest of my life.

Okay so even if you deduct 3000 of the cost of a slab thats still 232k worth and I paid 230k.
