Two new rules have been added.

No excessive flaming or personal attacks. Doing so will result in a warning, then a rank drop, and if it continues to happen, possible disqualification. (A little smack-talk is part of the fun but lets not get out of control)
No 3rd party program or "hacks" in addition to the mod rule. From this point on those will result in disqualification.

These rules have been approved by ggssti and k1ngj036
