essentially if you respec you are only allowed to put the same skills in the same place, im not going to care if you want to take 1 point out of venom and put it into wof, i can understand 1 skill if you forgot it earlier, i would care if you take 19 points out of charged bolt sentry and put them into claw mastery tho, things like that
