Sorry I was informed that after a person wins a duel they get first crack at sending a challenge and no can challenge them

I was informed that you could challenge 3 spots above. If my challenge is not allowed then I would of simply challenged 4.) KM-Dark: Darkken [Dark Tavern/KM]
