1) glitched arreat is a legit item, it's a flaw in bnet's system that lasted for 1-2 weeks.
you could remove the zod out of an item and the mod would stay.
2) unperm items are allowed so if u really think it's gonna make a difference u can use 196/6 unperm garreat. But it won't make ANY difference if u can't duel or if your build is flawed.
3) i allow everyone to use unperm items (example: 37x 32020s) to make this fair for those who are poor, and i doubt we can tell those who have glitched arreats not to use them, since they need to have SOME sort of advantage don't they?
imagine your 150 fg 32020s (unperms) vs their 10k fg 32020s (perms).
Now people will always bitch, and no one will nver be satisfied, so at some point, u have to make a decision. But glitched arreats are NOT and will never be considered bm.

Always send a private message to your opponent on the day you issued a challenge against him, or else the dodge rule will not be granted to you!
Forfeit rule: After 5 days, no matter what the situation is, a duel is voided and if deemed necessary, the win is granted to one of the opponents, at the admin's discretion (if someone was stalling the duel, and the other was available and ready etc.).
Challenge rule: The winner of a challenge has priority in his next challenge. The person who loses will have to wait 1 full day before challenging again, allowing the others to challenge him, to avoid those situations when people challenge immediately after their duel, consequently not giving a chance to the lower ranked players to move up.
This rule applies for re-challenges as well, meaning u don't have to wait 3 days to re-challenge the same opponent, you can do it after 1 day.Inactivity: If your last seen status is 14 days or more, you will be automatically removed from this ladder, even if you haven't been challenged
