How OP is Pheonix in d2r? I don't do D2R so not 100% confident, but I don't see why it should be that OP to be banned. The max fcr you can achieve with the Pheonix build is only 30fcr, it forces you to be on 2 x ber COA which drastically reduces the maximum life achievable, and you also have to forgo the 10% slow from Arach. The dmg from Pheonix can be deadly but that's what you gain at the expense of other critical factors in vtpk. Ofc if you're a smiter that just go head to head smite then Pheonix can be OP.

Smiters name is nft, account is same one I beat y’all up with in Vtpk, y’all are not really doing a good job of embarrassing me. Haven’t lost yet.
