You still havnt answered how someone who pays with cash NEEDS credit, you havn't explained one bit why a person like me NEEDS credit? I don't... I can go out tommorow and buy a 300,000 home. I dont need to finance it. All credit is for is living beyond your means.

the reality of it is no you cant go buy a 300k home, your living in a 50k one trying to flex to everyone saying you could go out and buy a 300k one rn

i like how you try to negate my success's because the reality of it is im flexing on you and your lifes a dumpster fire

go lay down in your twin bed on your block home

Well you've clearly shown you dont own land or a house or you would understand how financing and credit works and you would understand the cost of a home/land... let me run this through with you...

Let's say my modular was only 50k

Modular - 50k
Land - 120k
Slab- 15k
Well - 15k
Septic - 10k
Addition - 15k
Deck - 10k

That comes out to around 235k. I paid 230k. So I paid 50k for a modular home that when it was new was upwards of 100k... So I say I made out pretty well and for it to all be paid off at 28. I'm happy about it.

You clearly dont get that the cost of the home itself is only the start... I have 4 aches of land too. that's why I bought a modular... because I could make it look nice and be liveable while I build a new house. smh I mostly wanted the land and all the other shit with it, the house was temporary... I lived in it for the last 4 years so I could save up to drop big money on the house I want... without loans or financing.

Go look up what the cost of an acre of cleared liveable land in Maine is... I'll wait. while your at it check the cost of septic, well and concrete slabs.... Then go ahead and look up the cost of a bigass addition and a bigass deck... I'll wait.

You also dont realize this house came with carpet floors... I tiled and put wood floors in the house... the house also came with about $5000 worth of appliances. So lets add another 15,000 or so on the worth of the home itself.

I dont gotta lie bub I live it... I posted plenty of proof, unlike you its pretty visible i know what im talking about and you dont.

You also dont live in maine... Property here is hella fucking expensive because its a tourist state. This is a VERY desireable place to live. You dont get that value changes depending on area... I also live like a stones throw from a lake and a river my property is beautiful as fuck.
