hey guys rewriting the rules for this svs ladder trying not to change 2 much as our chars are built around the rule set however there is some serious clarification problems with the current rules and would like to address any other issues at the same time if u have anything your lie to add or change om me and ill bring it to a vote if i think it a good idea here one to start us off:


ive been hearing alot of complaining from codl sorcs that the cold stack resist being used is to high. i dont reallly want to lower the cold stack res as imo i think its just right, how about if we allowed doom? infininity and phenix are allowed so why not doom simple yes or no is fine thanks guys.

All you really need to do is clarify more since 95% of this ladder never has been apart of a svs ladder before. These rules have been around for a while now since the hybrids came out which was the last big change. They are fine. Ladder has always been a little less restrictive than nl due to availability of gear.

Never allow doom ever lol. Cold sorc are just always hard to use in svs.

Dwarf/5% should be able to make legal tho if you.

^^ 50 max resist on inventory and one item of max resist or sorb is less restrictive? These rules were all messed up

My votes for the rule changes.
55 max inventory resist so you don't have to be rich and afford 20/5s
Obv sorb and 5 max resist should be gm.
I really think the tgods rule should be reevaluated because it is a rule that targets the poor, no rich person would use tgods and be worse because tgods is truly a burden.
450 cold resist cap has been tried and true.

I think cold is fine, people just are expecting to beat 200fcr sorcs with a 105 cold sorc, which isn't really going to happen.
also cold is the hardest in the game to use in svs.
The cold sorcs in this ladder.

A : have the wrong build.
B : do not have the skill for a cold sorc


Doom should never be allowed.





I agree with the 55 max inventory res.
sorb and 5 max res is gm as far as i am aware of.
t gods hell no, takes charge bolt out of play, Plus it isn't hard getting 2x lo, or a Lo wisp. ( you do not need sop ) ( it is cheap getting 2x Lo, if you can't afford Lo runs lmk i have infinite )
