ive offered to help run this ladder, and was shot down so.

IF anyone is on vacationthat is 1 or 2 spots ahead of you, and the other person is currently in a challenge, you MAY NOW challenge 3 spots ahead. Now this doesnt mean that if the #3 spot ahead is in a challenge you can challenge the 4th, this only means the 3rd.
