Not sure on that cuz I dont think any1 tried using it but since the aura is useless in pvp It should be fine?

seeing as the aura does nothing essentially I don't see why it wouldnt be

Yes. Phoenix is banned. More due to the insane 40% Chance To Cast Level 22 Firestorm On Striking
but since it has aura, we didn't have to specify additionally because it's already banned by default :-)
