Necs can use decrep on barbs


There shouldn't be a single barb on this ladder that wins

decrep makes ww hit like 50x harder

good barbs don't use zerk because that can preform tri-ww's..dec would help them

Decrep has small radius, does not last long, and while they are busy casting it you have opportunity to ww

Anyone who claims no barb should win, is not speaking the truth

There is no nerfing, and this is the rule stated in all gm dueling ladders.
