challenges should have to be pm'd.... i didnt see that in the rules, if you challenge someone you need to pm them, not everyone is going to check this site every day to see if they were challenged.

It's bm vs other ias chars like barbs/zeal/zon but both smtiers/vts can use it so it's not givnig anybody an advantage

Pure and simple, if smiter/vt can't hf somebody then they suck. I mean lets be honest the point of this is to find the best vT or smiter. The best vt or smiter will be able to handle hf, you aren't going to find the best vt/smiter throwing a bunch of handicapps at kids who cant add another aura to micro-manage.

Those rules weren't written for smiters, it was for zons/barbs etc. Smiters are very specific and because it's a mirror matchup nobody gets a one-up over somebody else.
But yet again let me remind you, this isn't meant to be easy if you're trying to find the #1 vt and smiter, you need to let people go all out, not restrict them.
If somebody wants to hf then they will, if not, they wont.
If I didin't like somebodys foh I couldn't be like "omg foh is bm"
The only reason this is in question is because of wests traditional rules that WEREN'T MEANT FOR SMITE but I've already explained why the rules don't apply so the choice is pretty obvious to allow hf.

If you had 45's it's not like we'd ask you to take them off bc your opponent could only afford 40 pcomb lifers so why are you wanting us to sacrifice our gear?
also cb is weak as shit, it's about 1/20 of the persons total hp, it really only gives a slight help if you proc it first hit.
