10% slow from bb / nose will never be removed since most amas use gmb build and ofc they need nose / bb

psn rule is easy to comply , just remove your 1 psn sc from invent and replace with another sc

also mana pots will always be allowed !

small rule adjustment:

amazons using verdungo build can use up to 25% rep life!

y man but we are not using gmb faith

so maybe some people using shadow bow 120-45 + cats and clegs + str dex rep life ring and dungo+ raven

so its idiot rule to make max on 10 % slow

the best rule is no slow allowed or slow allowed no cap on 10% or 20 % or any number

allowed or not allowed is best

anyway no prob for me atm since i dont use slow

or maybe i will use bb i will think about it

just put him bottom of ladder whenever he is ready

i see no reason that we have to make caps on the ladder at 15 either, the more players the better

e: well i see no reason to put him on the list yet at all, im sure more people will sign in before he got an ama ready, when he got his ama ready for duels he can tell it here and put him on the list when that happens
