I am interested to join but only if people with over 20% warn or with scammer tag are not allowed to join until they fix it

Also, I don't understand why you want to add a rule to not change eq or charms between rounds - it makes no sense and stops the fun/your chance to change your destiny

In almost all aow tours except the Hamms eni tour changing eq was allowed if the items are in stash.if the opponent requires you just have to show all. Only reset stats was not allowed.

The idea of making tour is very good but I think that the base rules from the past should apply , else its confusing

I saw some tour rules that didn't allow to change items, and i also think that this rule prevent problems like "he went to stash and then i started losing, he had 15dr verdungo blabla"

I will never participate in a tour which allows people with active scamtags to play. It will be disrespectful against the community legacy and it will give a wrong signal to all which is even if you scam the guys , we accept you in and you will have all the rights the gm people do.

About the Verdungo thing , at any point opponent can ask for gear show without going to stash and if you refuse you lose the round. If happens again - you are disqualified

People do it if some 1 wins 2-3 games in a roll to change the game ping or something like that and it usually haves good effect for the guy who rejoins

sometimes it helps with "no hits".
Irridius often did it.

I dont care (allow or no), but lets fix it in rules.
