I'm 32 actually and like I said next year I'm building a $300,000 house. I mostly just bought this place for the land/septic/well, the house was like a throw in and to live in until I build one... then I'll rent this modular home for 1500 a mo and itll pay for itself in about 10-15 years.

It just stated credit is a financial risk assessment if you cant pay cash... I dont have that problem. You on the other hand will be paying house and car payments for the rest of your life with an annual fee of like 5-8% have fun paying 20,000 for a 15,000 vehicle.
