yes, the tour is off..

there is a 3 day dodge period. if one of the duellers doesnt find time to duel (for whatever reason) the other one autowins the duel. but he needs to notify cydonya (or me) to check on the circumstances and update the list.

its holiday time now. lots of ppl dont have d2 access. we should respect that. the tour isnt off. its on and active !

@ lpg: u could have complained 2 weeks ago...

@ donger: in 2 days u would have auto-won the duel...
