IMO use a HS cta .-. you'll never pull out your foh cta in duels lol... most of us hit 4k-5k foh on grief side anyways, so nn. Conv is useless because we all stack light res to hell n back...
Really though if you're going to allow hybrids, ban both god's... they're unbalanced as fuck for a dueling lad lols, and a norm grief costs maybe 200-300 for a perf...

hybrids doesnt matter to me i dont use cuz im to gud but others ppl can use im fine with it

And that's the problem genius, if you wear a raven, you leave yourself wide open for 500+ dmg foh's.

what's 500 foh dmg after penality/res/sorb? 10 dmg?
