BvB takes a surprising amount of skill. Gear only matters if duelers just whirl through each other this making it nothing but a probability game. Whirling technique > perfect gear any day.

Make it up the ladder, you'll see the difference.

everything is gear dependent on this game and luck is also big factor for any type of duels

and as far as skill goes, quick namelocking is the key for caster dueling. when you master that you become pro and everything else is spraying and praying.

Agreed, any good barb on the ladder will say the same thing.
