You clearly don't know what houses go for then. I didnt pay 150k for just the house, there was an addition built onto it and a deck as well... The house itself was probably 100k. but like I said all paid for 4 years ago 230k including the property.

Look up an acre of liveable cleared land , I have 4 acres. It came with the house, so everything altogether was 230k. I'm just guessing what the house is worth. I dont plan on living in it much longer anyways... Still better than living with my parents like you do >.<

How is it a trash investment? I'm going to build a brand new house behind it next year and probably rent this one out to people for like 1500 a mo. and it will pay for itself in 10-15 years? I honestly think it was smart as fuck and I think its a nice place for what I paid... I mean you live with your parents so what do you expect?

It might not be, but the house + land was 230k and well worth it since an acre of land here is about 30-40k and the house is in great shape with a addition and deck built onto it. Hell my deck alone was like 15,000.

Just the concrete slab it sits on goes for about 15-20 grand. You know how much septic and a well costs? another 20,000.
