Well the only compromise thats been suggested is to give me power in the decision making process which is not a good idea. I'm open to suggestions though.

Yes because they are not smiters and in your scenario they didn't provide reasoning.

I've displayed the ability to lead and logically respond to disputes, you on the other hand seem to be obsessed with how "known" you are and personal attacks.

that was the agreement to my understanding, and since balla/scott are in the decision making but are both compromised, they have no say.

i agree with this 100%, scott has the ability to help and to some extent lead this >_< i think we should use his abilities.
