Building a solid box that doesnt leak and has kerfed ports and solid enough construction to hold a 120lb 18 running off 10,000w and making it sound good while being loud as fuck and not leaking air is actually VERY hard. It requires knowledge about sound and acoustics to build properly as well...

It's a modular home that I took off its wheels and set it on concrete blocks... then built an addition, deck etc. onto it. It's considered a house now. It's on 4 acres of liveable property. I've got about 230k into it, house is a bit old, working on building a brand new on next year once I get my assets and businesses in order.
