No way you can reach 385 pierce and stay competitive in a 1v1 tour. 340-350 is more realistic

res stays the same if you swap weps without moving mouse - you can open cta side, hover mouse over res, then swap and it will show the same res on the cta side
e. for res that is maxed both sides, doesnt show the right bonus

svs did, bc thats really the only place anyone should give a shit if blizz is a viable 1v1 build, and it was 450 for a reason. the cold sorc has to give up so much to go over the pierce at that point it generally wasn't worth it.

it massively cuts down on the cheesy bs builds



if your running -350 then 440 and 450 makes no difference to you. why do you care?

It's not a manifesto. Lol. I just asked the question why is it that everybody likes to pvp but there are so few ppl pvping and then I just solve the question myself. Course I probably went into too many nuances and also prescribed some hypothetical solutions (or existing solutions used by the community), so I wrote a lot more than what I had planned to. That post could be summarized in a paragraph or so, but I'd be lazy to repost.

It takes more effort to work through the 65 pages on this thread lol. We must have Blizz recognise that this is a pvp game, or else all the patches that they release will rain like dogshit on our lil gig!

What's the consensus on cold stack? I can't sift through 60 pages right now

I duel from time to time on my ES blizz and 385+raven feels horrible enough lol. Eliminates all skill from both parties and I'm by no means terrible.

The worst matchups for a blizzer arguably end up becoming harder as well and forces extremely defensive play.

It's not that much of an issue in teams as cold stack gimps you against other classes but in a 1v1 tournament setting where you can't use a conventional setup there is no way your duels won't be lasting an hour, no matter how good you are.

Also, I could have sworn I saw some guy saying that his hybrid sin should be able to tank 12 blizzards? Does he have a say in the rules? I forgot who it was, but it does not bode well if he does.
