I honestly think it's a very well balanced matchup

It's not really that well balanced imo.. and it's more than stray hammers if you're not dueling randoms

Ya decrep was definitely BM at one point, but fuck it. That curse is fucking sweet.. Kudos to any nec who uses it effectively in 1v1 scenario.

Besides it has an exceptionally low duration.

Last I remember decrep was supposed to be bm vs ias based chars n gm vs others, hopefully that hasn't changed or else necs just got a boost lol

I don't think "stray hammers" are a real issue, in the sense of vigor charge around. I think it's a pretty close matchup @ high level of play, though.

The point I was trying to make is that any sin with maxed MB is well equipped to deal with Medi.
