We are now taking sign-ups for a trial run prior to the official start of Season 6. This trial run will test a new points-based system in order to do away with the many issues and headaches associated with a conventional ladder.

Example of what will be posted in this thread for updates:

Rules, which includes two very critical pieces of information: 1) how you earn points, and 2) what the "modified" ruleset is.

This is a trial until ladder reset. Things can (and in all likelihood will) be tweaked depending on what the community wants. If it so happens that people hate this, we can even switch back to the conventional ladder.
