(EVERYONE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY)

Dodge rule: Invoked after 3 days by the CHALLENGER, IF and ONLY IF the CHALLENGED PERSON never replied to the initial pm. Always send a private message to your opponent on the day you issued a challenge against him, or else the dodge rule will not be granted to you!

Forfeit rule: After 5 days, no matter what the situation is, a duel is voided and if deemed necessary, the win is granted to one of the opponents, at the admin's discretion (if someone was stalling the duel, and the other was available and ready etc.).

Challenge rule: The winner of a challenge has priority in his next challenge. The person who loses will have to wait 1 full day before challenging again, allowing the others to challenge him, to avoid those situations when people challenge immediately after their duel, consequently not giving a chance to the lower ranked players to move up.
This rule applies for re-challenges as well, meaning u don't have to wait 3 days to re-challenge the same opponent, you can do it after 1 day.

Inactivity: If your last seen status is 14 days or more, you will be automatically removed from this ladder, even if you haven't been challenged

Spam: Don't do it

what i dont understand is that nor cal / winters challenged lordnuke . and i know for a fact that winters is on alot more then lord nuke is on by far. so y does lordnuke keep his spot and now winters gets stalled from his attempt to climb the ladder and nothing happens to nuke and cali gets to challenge him like nothing happened?? something needs to be looked at about that. i like nuke. hes donated to me and ale just recently. but still wints is on alot more then nuke, y did nuke win the dodge card?

it's not a dodge...there was no winner...
challenge has been voided..next time maybe wwinters should post and say Nuke isn't on often and he's been trying hard to get the duel done etc. we would've maybe given him the win...
but at this point it's too late, can't really pick a winner...

i think they both deserve more time. cuz nuke is hardly on cuz he works graveyard and sleeps allday.

but i mean no time extension man...the 5 day rule keeps the ladder rolling..
wwinters should get the win though if Brian wasn't on enough...
his last seen is 1 hour though :X

if we just void it it wouldnt be fair for wwinters cause the guy is on bvbing all the time
and it wouldnt be fail for brian to lose his spot because he wasnt warned or anything

we should reverse the update and give them exactly one more day to finish the duel, after which the dodge will go against Brian. and ofc to pm Brian to let him know whats going on

yeah kinda sucks for neo since he followed the rules but he could challenge Rocco..or wait for the winner of wwinters vs lordnuke..
let's give them a chance Drew is right.

but it will be the only time..rules should be followed imo, it's what keeps the ladder rolling!
Next time we'll just give the win to wwinters since in this case it's obvious he's on more often than brian!
let's give them 2 days to get the duel done... JUST THIS ONE TIME!
