= 385 pierce

someone at 440 now has 55 res
12k+ blizz does 900+ per hit, this 4-5 hits nearly all characters

you can push the -res farther, even without doom, but this build will actually work in a lot of matchups if you play defensively.
and someone smarter than me can probably come up with a way to push it farther without completely gimping your build

why does everyone want to change 15 year old rules for cold stack when nothing about that mechanic has changed?

Because skidd having trouble winning so we change rules

Every rule set has their own rules over the last 15 years. Most didn’t even have cold stack limits
