Looks like there is a problem with the keyboard itself or with the keyboard drivers.
As a way to get around this until you solve the problem with the keyboard, you can use windows' on-screen keyboard that you use via the mouse. Go to start>all programs>accessories>accessibility>on-sc... keyboard. You can now hit the psc (print screen) key from there with your mouse. Having it up will not impede the function of your regular keyboard just think of it as an emergency add-on that you can bring up and close anytime
