vince when u suspend someone, when they are challenge they lose spot, not challenge around

he said he'd be on at 12 noon today to duel since that was only time our schedules worked out in the 3 days (according to him), however he logged in 2 hours ago, has been afk since, and I work in 20 mins so im about to leave for the night.

Tomorrow I have the day off so I will be able to duel in the morning/early afternoon if he requests an extension, but i doubt he does since he really seems to show no interest in this ladder ~.~

I'm assuming I have to wait until 7:45 to challenge him?
