I agree with legen that 8 hits should be the MAX amount of hits for a 4k health char. Based on our testing with Azn_Masta yesterday, that's around 385+raven/410 no raven cap. Unless he wasn't accounting for Anya which I doubt.
if he was 410 no raven, 4k life, this is how many he tanks, assuming you are crimping your damage by not using a fathom on a blizzer:

goes to 4.2 w/ nw.fathom decent spec
385+raven: and its the same things:
5.2 hits, 4 with 14k dmg
What i had suggested was 6-7 blizzes to kill on a vita blizzer or 8-9 on a es blizz which happens at CR = 450 res / 420/raven, medium spec vita blizz at 14k dmg,and can higher than that as well...
Hes not tanking 8+ blizzes with the spec unless your set up is absolutely shit, in which case your gimping yourself and thats already fair. We dont say only 5% max fire res vs fber is they only have 15k fb instead of 20k? Lol.
