I don't want to say by name because it got me warned long ago.

He is one of the ''bad'' Ranks let's just say.

And although he may possibly be one of those horrible type of people his placement on my list had nothing to do with it either. ;)

I judged these people by not just skill by their moral character regarding Heroic bravery, realness, cowardliness,phoniness. ETC.
