I've got an ethereal 40ias fools ettin axe.
It requires 40 more ias to hit the max BP for a zealer.
It has 1-159 lite dmg which adds considerably and IS legal, unless inobi changed the rules for this league (i'll check in a sec, along with posting a link )

I test it out ... and its hard, very hard, dual claws or even max block, not even funny, but if u wanna try one, do it! ill recheck rule if you can come up with something decent !
