they look fine to me, even with zero sorb a cold sorc should never beat a fully stacked fb or liter
but it has been proven possible if your amazing (Adict, yeke)

and vita is going to be > es without bmana's, but with 80 res + mana pots its VERY possible to win if your obviously better than the person your dueling

i mean bottom line 200 fcr vita fire/lite ARE the best svs builds, and rules shouldnt change that, but just give the others a fighting chance so if one player is significantly better they can still win

i have always used inferno's vs fb'ers. rules were ES VS ES cant use 10% max.

and im 73% es... 10% max is allowed with mitigation.

es can use either 1 sorb ring or 5% max res, not both and not 10% max res
