But I definately stay off of my opponent's screen for more than 3 seconds T-T

Question folks. I am making a pvp bowa. I had a few questions. First, if you have a moment or two take a look at my build then i ll begin with my inquiries....

Helm:
2zon-30 frw-2os (2x 15ias-40ed jewels)

Ammy:
Cats eye

Bow:
15% sup 3ar P Grand matron faith

Belt:
Nos belt

Boots:
War Travs

Armor:
Fort?
OR
Jewelers plate of whale (100 life. Socketed with 4x 15ias-40ed jewels)?
OR
Jewelers plate of stability (24% fhr. socketed with 4x 15ias-40ed jewels)?

Rings:
P raven
76 ar/17 str/15 dex/ 35 life/ 35 fr

Gloves:
20 ias/15 dex/ 13 str/ 24 cr

Switch:
Jeweled ss (15ias/-15% req jewel)
P eth titans (15ias/40% ed jewel)

Inventory:
3x max/ar/life gcs, 5x max/ar/fhr gcs + 12x max/ar/f rw scs + 1x max/ar/5fhr sc

OR

Max/ar/life gcs+ max/ar/ frw scs


Soooo the question is..should i focus more on ar and life...or should i try to hit some fhr breakpoints? I am putting all points in dex.
