I have thought long time, and listened to different people and his opinions. It's impossible to make everyone happy. Every player has grudges against another ones. So i will go with my initial idea: everyone is allowed to play. Just behave like a civil person.

Tournament will start the next weekend: Friday may 17. So feel free to spread the word and tell anyone who may be interested in playing.

We will use a 200 fg fee to enter the tournament to make people take it a bit more seriously. All fg will go to the champions price. I will keep it if no one is against it.
