I've been running pvp ladders for roughly 9 years, and never seen so many people struggle with the most basic shit.

Not first kill, final kill.

It is good enough as it meets the burden of proof, I just can't tell if it is an intentional effort to be difficult, or if it is that difficult to do what has been done for the last 10+ years of ladders.

What is a “cube inventory” and how can it be used legalling for buffing?

That means u have the cube in your inventory to use up 4 spaces w/ 12 spaces to prebuff

So u can fit in a cta, demonlimb, some bks n +3wc ammys etc or wc gc

Is this also true as for mana pooling?
What if one wants mana pool and other disagrees?
How would that be solved?

mana pools are always allowed

dont think es sorc should be able to pick up extras though, but that isnt the rules

so if u want to l8z and have a 7 hour duel u currently can lol
